Project brief

I had the opportunity to work on an exciting project at Telekom while representing cronn agency. The project aimed to develop a groundbreaking product for the German market, allowing users to seamlessly combine their home internet, mobile phone contracts and other telekom products into a single, unified service. MagentaEINS Next Level. This product was envisioned to offer the flexibility to incorporate additional services, creating an all-in-one solution for telecommunications needs.

Key features and challenges

Landing Page Creation

To effectively introduce this new product to users, we developed a landing page. This page served as a central information hub, detailing the benefits and features of the combined service. The landing page was designed to be engaging and informative, aiming to attract users and familiarize them with the novel concept.

Product Configurator Development

Central to this project was the creation of a product configurator. This tool enabled users to customize their service by selecting various contract elements to combine, tailoring their telecommunications package to their specific needs.

Customer Center Integration

Post-selection, users were directed to a customer center. Here, they could manage their contracts and its various components, ensuring ongoing flexibility and control over their services.

Enhancing User Experience

We worked on improving existing processes, such as video identification, to enhance the overall user experience. These improvements were aimed at making the service more intuitive and user-friendly.

Contract Migration Complexity

A crucial aspect was migrating users from old contracts to this new model. This phase presented significant challenges. As we delved deeper into the intricacies of transferring contracts, we encountered complexities that led to an overly complicated user journey. The requirement for user approval at multiple stages added to this complexity.
